10 Summertime Family Activities That Double as Exercise

Summer is upon us, and that means it's a great time to enjoy beautiful weather, get active, and spend time with your family.

These fun activities allow you to do all three at the same time without breaking the bank. You'll be surprised at the great exercise you can get doing activities the whole family can enjoy!

1. Rollerblading

Grab your favorite pair of roller blades and hit the road for a fun activity in which the whole family can participate. Burn up to 300 calories in an hour zooming around the neighborhood.

You can go for long, relaxing roller-strolls, or, once you get really good, challenge a partner to a race!

2. Walking the Dog
